We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, designs, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, lighting, and handmade or customised production.

Customers are responsible for checking their selected products and providing accurate names, photographs, messages, dates, addresses, and other personalisation details before submitting an order.

Zingoo is not responsible for personalisation errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Personalised products may require additional preparation time. Any estimated processing or delivery time is indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

4. Customer Photos and Submitted Content

Customers may submit photographs, text, messages, and other materials for personalised magazines, frames, hampers, and related products.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share it with us for the requested purpose.

You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights, violates applicable law, or contains material you are not authorised to share.

We use submitted content to fulfil orders and for related purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We will not intentionally use customer photographs or personalised product designs for public marketing without permission.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment where applicable.

Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. We reserve the right to contact you if clarification is required or to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, a pricing error, or inability to fulfil the order.

Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be shown or communicated as applicable before the purchase is completed.

Orders should not be considered confirmed until the required payment and order confirmation process has been completed.

6. Personalised Products and Cancellations

Many Zingoo products are prepared or customised specifically for individual customers.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered design, personalisation, preparation, or dispatch, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Our general policy is that we do not accept ordinary returns or offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or customer-submitted errors in personalisation details.

Delivery times depend on the destination, product, personalisation requirements, courier availability, and other relevant circumstances.

9. Unboxing Videos and Order Issues

We encourage customers to record a continuous unboxing video when opening their parcels. This can help us investigate claims involving damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items.

Customers should report any order-related issue promptly and provide their order number and relevant supporting evidence by emailing hello@zingoo.shop.

Any evidence requirements will be applied consistently with applicable consumer-protection laws and will not remove rights or remedies that customers are legally entitled to exercise.
